These prices include a personal solicitor who will be in constant contact with you throughout the buying process. If you would like to meet in person we can meet with you anywhere in Sydney, otherwise our correspondece will be by phone, email and post.

We also offer a premium service which costs an extra $150, where we personally courier all documents to your door step, and explain what you need to do etc.
