Stage 1 – Preparing the Contract for Sale

The Contract for Sale needs to be prepared and contain all the relevant information supplied to the buyer.

Stage 2 – Contract Exchange

Once a finalised Contract has been agreed upon – it’s time for the exchange of contract

Stage 3 – Settlement

The final stage involves the discharge of the title from the vendors mortgagee to the buyers mortgagee. We as conveyancing solicitors we help discharge the mortgage on your behalf.
