Some Conveyancers offer a flat rate  (like we do) while others take a certain amount of factors – such as house value, area, searches ect in order to provide you with a quote.

At Conveyancing Sydney our fees are as  follows. The pricing conveyancing costs structure for pricing:

SELLING A HOUSE ———>$990

BUYING A HOUSE ———-> $990

Some solicitors will charge for disbursements such as postage, phone calls, faxes and photocopying. We do not.

The only extra we do charge is for title searches. This is charged at cost only – no  additional on top.

Additional Information to Consider in addition to Price

Conveyancers and solicitors work in similar ways. There may be hundreds to choose from in your area, on google, white pages, yellow pages, true local and search engines. You may have already narrowed this down according to important factors. Be aware that the Cheapest may not be the best suited to your circumstances.
